📄 Temiz Hizmet Explicit Consent Text

1. Scope and Purpose

This explicit consent text has been prepared to regulate the processing, storage, transfer, and protection of personal data obtained from customers within the scope of cleaning services provided by [Temiz Hizmet] (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

2. Personal Data to be Processed

Our company collects the following personal data to provide the service:

• Name, surname
• Phone number
• Email address
• Residence address
• Service request information
• Communication contents (WhatsApp, phone, etc.)
• IBAN and payment method information (bank receipt, etc.)

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Personal data provided by the customer may be used for the following purposes:

• Providing the requested cleaning service
• Making service reservations and organizing
• Tracking the payment process
• Contacting the customer
• Operational support, planning, and staff direction
• Measuring customer satisfaction
• Fulfilling legal obligations when necessary

4. Data Retention Period

Personal data is stored in accordance with legal obligations and as long as the service relationship continues. If requested by the customer, data can be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized within the scope of KVKK. However, data that may create accounting or legal responsibility can be kept for the relevant period.

5. Data Transfer

Collected data can only be shared with the following persons/institutions in accordance with service requirements:

• Temiz Hizmet permanent and freelance employees
• Official institutions in case of legal obligation
• Company's lawyers, accountants, IT support companies (with confidentiality agreements)

Data is not transferred abroad.

6. Explicit Consent Declaration

By reading this text, the customer accepts that they have given explicit consent to the following matters in accordance with KVKK:

• ✅ Processing of my personal data by Temiz Hizmet for the purposes stated above,
• ✅ Sharing with relevant employees and support companies within the scope of service requirements,
• ✅ Storage of my data during and after the service period, limited to legal periods,
• ✅ Analysis for the purpose of improving service quality,
• ✅ Transfer to authorized institutions when required by legal obligations,
• I give my consent.

7. Customer Rights

According to Article 11 of KVKK, the customer has the following rights:

• Learning whether personal data is being processed
• Requesting access to data and its copy
• Learning the purpose of processing
• Knowing the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad
• Requesting correction of incorrectly or incompletely processed data
• Requesting deletion or destruction of data processed in violation of KVKK
• Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person due to analysis of processed data solely through automated systems
• Requesting compensation in case of damage due to unlawful processing

If an application is made within the scope of these rights, Temiz Hizmet is obliged to respond legally within 30 days.
