Cancellation and Change Terms
This document outlines the terms and conditions for canceling or modifying cleaning service appointments with TemizHizmet.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service time may be subject to a cancellation fee
- No-show appointments will be charged the full service fee
Note: Emergency situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
2. Rescheduling Policy
- Service time changes must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled time
- Changes are subject to availability
- Multiple rescheduling requests may be subject to additional fees
3. Service Modifications
- Changes to service scope must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance
- Additional services requested on the day of service may incur extra charges
- Service duration may be adjusted based on the modified scope
4. Refund Policy
- Full refund for cancellations made 24+ hours in advance
- 50% refund for cancellations made 12-24 hours in advance
- No refund for cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance
5. Force Majeure
In case of force majeure events (natural disasters, epidemics, etc.), both parties reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services without penalty.
