📄 Terms of Use

1. Parties

This agreement is made between Temiz Hizmet ("Service Provider") and the customer ("Customer") who receives cleaning services.

2. Subject and Scope

This agreement regulates the terms and conditions of the cleaning services to be provided by Temiz Hizmet to the Customer.

3. Service Description

Temiz Hizmet provides professional cleaning services including but not limited to:

• Home cleaning
• Office cleaning
• Deep cleaning
• Window cleaning
• Carpet cleaning

4. Service Acquisition Conditions

To receive services, the Customer must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate contact information
• Accept the terms of this agreement

5. Payment Terms

Payment for services can be made through:

• Credit card
• Bank transfer
• Cash on delivery

6. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer is responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Ensuring access to the service area
• Making timely payments

7. Service Provider Responsibilities

Temiz Hizmet is responsible for:

• Providing professional service
• Ensuring employee safety
• Maintaining service quality

8. Prohibition of Employee Engagement

The Customer may not directly employ or engage Temiz Hizmet employees.

9. Right to Refuse Service

Temiz Hizmet reserves the right to refuse service in cases of:

• Non-payment
• Safety concerns
• Inappropriate behavior

10. Privacy Policy

Temiz Hizmet processes personal data in accordance with the KVKK and privacy policy.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in Ankara Courts and Enforcement Offices.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By using Temiz Hizmet services, the Customer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement.
